to these standards by introducing cohesive and ambitious compliance mechanisms, including a whistleblower tool that allows anonymous tip-offs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to best practices in our organisation and remuneration structures, setting great store by independent supervision and adequate remuneration.
