There is no limit to the holding period of our investments, and we do not actively pursue sales. Our goal is to develop the companies we have invested in and support them over the long haul. That is why we invest in a solid foundation and a strong infrastructure, also considering assets that may not directly make a balance sheet contribution – such as loyal employees or a resilient corporate culture. We believe that there is more to investments than financials. We believe in values.
