Arrow’s book, we see it as our duty as an investor to learn not only as much as we can from all our group companies, but also to get to know their corporate cultures. And we believe that learning is a two-way street.

E3 Holding SE invests in small and medium-sized companies, predominantly located in the German-speaking world. With a preference for family-owned or founder-led businesses, our focus lies on controlling and significant non-controlling investments in SMEs. We typically invest in companies with a proven track record of positive free cash flows and €10 million to €100 million in revenues.

E3 Holding is an industrial holding company supporting its investees with capital and technical know-how. What matters to us is integrity and long-term value creation. Knowing a thing or two about the challenges SMEs face today, E3 takes a sustainable approach in the development of its group companies to improve their positioning, for example when it comes to thinking about business succession, expanding into new markets, or embracing modern technology or ESG matters.
