What do you find motivating about working at E3?

Andrea Merker: “As Office Manager at E3 Holding SE, I’m motivated by our truly strong and dedicated team. Each and every one of us contributes to the bigger picture through our commitment and innovative ideas. We are respectful to one another and appreciate each other’s work, and this results in a very positive atmosphere.

We have an open door policy at E3 – meaning short communication channels and fast decision-making. We are all on hand to assist our colleagues at any time. This applies at all levels. It’s obvious to me that everyone feels at ease here.”

What does “sustainable investing” mean to you?

Andrea Merker: “For me, sustainable investing means investing in a company that attaches importance to environmental protection and the careful use of resources – as E3 Holding SE does. 

This includes investments in the renewable energy sector, in the areas of transport and traffic as well as in medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry.”
