Based in north-eastern Bavaria, PEMA Vollkorn-Spezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG is a family-run business specialising in baked goods made from natural, high-quality ingredients. With no family successor to take over management duties, E3’s investment has opened up long-term prospects for the company and its roughly 160 employees. The owner family will remain on board with a 26 per cent share – a sign of their confidence in E3.
