E3 Holding SE was founded in 2021 by five partners linked by long-standing friendships as well as many years of experience working in industry and finance, both in Germany and abroad.
Today, E3 Holding has more than 100 employees working in Germany, Switzerland and Sweden. We are on an exciting journey, rooted in strong, lived values:

We focus on building and growing family-owned subsidiaries in the SME segment. What we are looking for in the companies we invest in is economic resilience, strong innovative capacity and powerful value chains.
