Based on a strong conviction that good governance is the foundation for long-term business success, we have established organisational best practices and made ambitious commitments.
Introduction of a code of conduct applicable across the entire holding company
in 2023
Introduction of compliance mechanisms
to monitor adherence to standards
Introduction of a whistleblower tool
Commitment to best practices
in organisation and remuneration
During the course of 2023 we will introduce a code of conduct across the entire holding company that sets clear standards for fighting corruption, for handling conflicts of interest, for dealing with gifts and invitations, and for ensuring fair competition and taxation practices.
We will monitor adherence to these standards by introducing cohesive and ambitious compliance mechanisms, including a whistleblower tool that allows anonymous tip-offs.
We are committed to best practices in our organisation and remuneration structures, setting great store by independent supervision and adequate remuneration. This means no “excessive pay” for general management, and includes sustainability incentives in the flexible remuneration components for senior management.
