Efficient use of energy, materials and water has become a factor for financial success, which is why we encourage investments in resource efficiency. Since the relevance of the various fields of action in this area mostly depends on the respective business model, we set and monitor individual targets and KPIs for each company.

We also promote the use of eco-friendly technologies across production processes at each of our group companies. In order to reduce the fragility and environmental impact of upstream value chains, we also work with our group companies to establish supply chains that are as short and/or as regional as possible.
